ELECTION OF CANDIDATES There will be three (3) positions elected at the meeting to serve a two (2) year term. If any resident is interested in having his or her name pre-printed on the ballot for the election of a Director position, please contact Debbie Spaw at Crest Management at Debbie.Spaw@Crest-Management.com by March 29, 2018. Nominations will also be taken from the floor at the meeting.

VOTING PROCEDURES Pursuant to the governing documents of this Association, any member of record as of March 29, 2018 is entitled to one (1) vote per lot. Cumulative voting is not permitted. In order to conduct official business, a quorum of 10% (47 lots) of the owners must be present, either in person or by proxy. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you have the option of sending your proxy with a neighbor, mailing to Crest Management at P.O. A meeting cannot be held without a quorum.
