The park, playground, pool structure and the surrounding wooded areas are the private property of the WoodCreek Reserve Homeowners Association.  

Due to damage to the park and surrounding area, the no trespassing law will be strictly enforced.

In order to be granted access for the purpose of business and commercial photography to any portion of the park or physical structures owned by the WoodCreek Reserve Homeowners Association, you may apply to participate in the Woodcreek Reserve Photography Program.  A limited number of photographers will be admitted to the program.  An annual fee of $400 is required to be paid for a 12 month permit.
